EnergyWorks is a comprehensive energy solutions program for home and building owners. EnergyWorks experts help owners find ways to reduce their building’s energy use, and EnergyWorks’ low-interest loans help them pay for the upgrades. EnergyWorks has partnered with Keystone HELP, Pennsylvania's statewide energy efficiency home improvement financing program (provided by Pennsylvania Treasury, Department of Environment Protection and AFC First Financial Corp.) to offer special lower interest rates for qualifying homeowners in southeastern Pennsylvania. EnergyWorks is a program of the Metropolitan Caucus, a coalition of Commissioners and Council members from Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties and the Mayor of Philadelphia. It is supported by a grant from the US Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Program

How Do I Get an EnergyWorks/Keystone HELP Loan for
Whole-House Energy Improvements (0.99% Gold Level)?
From basement to attic and everywhere in between, you might be surprised by how much energy your home is wasting. Get the most value and greatest savings by making energy improvements throughout your entire home.
Step 1: Get a Home Energy Assessment
To get started with a whole-house energy improvement, schedule a home energy assessment. A certified building analyst will perform a complete assessment to pinpoint ways to save energy and make your home a more comfortable and healthy living space. The building analyst will also determine exactly how much you can save by making improvements. Your home energy assessment is performed by a participating EnergyWorks GOLD contractor, facilitated by the Energy Coordinating Agency, a partner of EnergyWorks. To find a building analyst near you, or schedule your home energy assessment, contact your participating EnergyWorks Gold Contractor or the ECA Call Center at (215) 609-1052 to speak with a trained representative, or visit the ECA website.
Important Savings! A home energy assessment averages about $400, but for a limited time you can sign up for a special $150 promotional rate. Plus, if you complete at least $1,000 of energy efficiency improvements, you will receive an additional $50 rebate, leaving the net cost to you at just $100!
